When you submit a booking inquiry I collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, organization, event dates, location, budget, notes, and any files you attach. When you purchase a service or product, payment is processed by Stripe; I receive the order details and never see or store your full card number.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors browse and which services get interest. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and anonymous interaction events. It is not used to identify you personally, and you can block it with any standard browser or extension privacy setting.
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, fulfil bookings and orders, send confirmations and receipts, and improve the site. I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Service providers used to run this site include Stripe (payments and tax), the site's hosting and database platform (form uploads and account records), Google Analytics (site measurement), and email delivery services for confirmations. Payments made through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle are handled under those services' own policies.
Attachments sent through the booking form are stored in a private bucket. They are not publicly accessible and are only reachable through time-limited links issued to me.
