Bookings

Submitting an inquiry or checkout starts a request — a booking is confirmed once dates, scope, and payment are agreed in writing. Service rates are shared only in a direct private quote; the audition registration fee is shown in its registration flow.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle are accepted as alternate methods — include your payment reference so it can be matched to your booking. Tour choreography and larger projects begin with a deposit; the balance is due per the agreed schedule.

Travel

Workshop, judging, and out-of-area booking rates do not include travel. Flights, ground transport, lodging, and per diem are covered by the client unless stated otherwise. International bookings require sufficient lead time for visas and documentation.

Cancellations & refunds

Deposits and audition fees are non-refundable, as they reserve time and hold dates. Sessions cancelled with at least 7 days' notice can be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations inside 7 days may be charged in full. If I have to cancel, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled date, your choice.

• Identity verification is free. It confirms who is requesting a quote; it is not a fee, not a deposit, and is never credited toward a booking.
• $10 audition fee — non-refundable, including for no-shows. One free transfer to another audition date with 48 hours' notice.
• Deposits on tour, film, TV, and music-video choreography are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled date within 12 months.
• Memberships cancel any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.

Rate requests & identity verification

My rates are private and are not published anywhere on this site. Rates and quotes are sent directly by email or Instagram after you send your project details. Serious inquiries may optionally complete a free government-ID check handled by Stripe Identity. Your ID document is submitted directly to Stripe and processed under their terms — I only receive confirmation that the check passed, along with your name, email, and country.

Response times

Booking inquiries are answered within 2 business days. Audition and class registrations are confirmed by email immediately after payment.

Merch & digital

Merch orders are fulfilled through my store front, with shipping charged at checkout. Digital content, memberships, and app access are licensed for personal use only — recording, re-selling, or redistributing classes and choreography is not permitted.

Content & credit

Choreography remains my creative work. Clients receive the agreed usage rights for their project; credit as choreographer is expected on released material unless we agree otherwise in writing.
